Denver Rental Inspections

Denver, mirroring other cities across the country, has created a Residential Licensing Program to ensure tenants have safe housing. 

We work with owners, property managers, realtors, and tenants to quickly help properties meet Denver’s requirements. At Mountain Dog Inspections, we offer high level and personalized customer service. We work for you, not the city, to facilitate the inspection and licensing process.

Our inspection fee is always a flat, one time fee. We will work with you, and revisit properties as many times as needed, until a property has obtained a rental license. Additionally, we carry items with us that we have found to be commonly missing in rental units, to aid in quickly moving the process along. We are available seven days a week to consult and assist with the license application process.
